Just as a headed up, we are currently having some work done on the exterior of our barn. When this barn was built, no drip edge was put in off the siding, which has been causing a lot of water damage and rotting to the logs. We are getting some logs replaced and a drip edge installed. Consequently, this large back door will not be all the way on during the next week or two as they work. However, the arena is still available for use as this work is mainly taking place outside the barn.

We know there is a lot of concern over the EHV-1/EHM outbreak that is going on. We want to make sure all horses that come to our facility stay as safe as possible and that this outbreak is contained. We believe the risk of riding here with your horses is low since the arena is only being rented to private parties. We will not be hosting any larger gatherings at this time.

While we are still open to arena rentals, we are also taking precautions to ensure safety. We will be sanitizing points of contact for horses and people such as doors, tie rings, and switches between arena users. We ask that you please make sure you are not here more than a few minutes prior to your scheduled time and that you are out on time so that we don't have the possibility of overlap with the appointments and so we have time to sanitize in between those appointments. As of right now, we don't have any back to back appointments scheduled, but if we end up with that issue, know that we will shift times slightly to prevent any overlap.

Our indoor riding arena is available for winter reservations. Send us your preferred days/times to get a recurring slot on the calendar!

We are offering a 10% discount on monthly time slots, and a 20% discount if you reserve 3 months or more.

Large paddock area with covered shelter for rent for up to two horses. Paddock area measures roughly 100 x 21 feet. Monthly boarding benefits include:

- use of indoor riding arena
- parking for small trailer
- access to pasture turn-out depending on season/pasture conditions/other possible factors
- shared tack room space
- covered hay storage
- easy access off of I-15 in quiet private neighborhood
- direct access to the Rail Trail for trail riding
- right down the road from riding arenas at Smith Family Park

Full care for one horse, which includes weekly mucking and once daily feeding of your own food, is $310/month. An additional horse is an extra $235/month. Partial care can also potentially be arranged. Preference given to someone with two horses to board.

We have had lots of requests for evening times after 5:00 this week, and nearly all of those times are full. However, we just had a spot open up from 5:00-7:00 Wednesday due to a cancellation. Let us know if you would like that time.

Looking for a space to ride that is out of the elements? Rent our 60 x 100 ft indoor riding arena. Skylights provide great natural light during the day, and overhead lights provide lighting at night. There is an overhead heater in one corner.

Available Mondays - Saturdays, 8:00 am - 9:00 pm.

Closed Sundays. Please call or txt during business hours only.

$20/hour for up to two riders.

You must sign rule and waiver agreements before riding. Must clean up after your horse and yourself and be respectful of premises.
