Looking to learn more about Volleyball? Or maybe you’ve already got the basics down and want to take your game to the next level? This Stompin’ Grounds Volleyball Clinic is designed for both beginners and above beginners who are ready to put in the work and have some fun while doing it!

For Beginners:
You’ll learn the essential techniques — passing, setting, hitting, and serving — while improving your ball control, footwork, and game IQ. Perfect for anyone new to the sport or returning after some time away.

For Above Beginners:
You’ll be tested, challenged, and guided through advanced drills to sharpen your accuracy, consistency, and court awareness. Expect a high-energy session where you’ll train like an athlete and think like a competitor.

Our Coaches:
The Stompin’ Grounds Coaching Team is pumped to train with you! You’ll receive personal feedback, structured instruction, and motivating energy to help you improve fast.

Get ready to compete, connect, and celebrate in our first-ever adult grass volleyball league! Perfect for intermediate and advanced players, this 9-week coed optional league kicks off September 28 with open play on September 21.

4v4 Grass Format | Coed Optional

Rosters: Min 5, Max 7 players

Two Matches/Week | 45-minute time slots

Self-Reffed | Follows USAV rules

Stompin’ Grounds Volleyball Clinics – Build Your Skills, Elevate Your Game

Looking to sharpen your volleyball skills in a fun, focused, and supportive environment? Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your game, our adult volleyball clinic series is here to help you grow. Designed for both beginners and intermediate+ players, each session delivers expert instruction, plenty of reps, and the chance to put it all into action.

📍 Location: Dover Shores Neighborhood Center
🕐 Time: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
💲 Cost: $60 per session (Ask us about multi-session discounts!)

Each session includes 2.5 hours of small group coaching and 1.5 hours of open gym-style play. You’ll get personalized feedback from experienced coaches to help you improve fast — and then put your skills to the test in a relaxed, open-play setting.

Core Skills Labs are open to all skill levels — even if you’re brand new to the game! Intermediate Hitting Clinics are for players who are actively hitting and ready to take it to the next level. These sessions are high-energy and movement-heavy. You must be athletic, ready to jump, swing, and stay active. If your skills are not yet ready for this level, you may be removed from the session without a refund — so please reach out beforehand if you’re unsure!
