Root to Bloom Yoga

I apologize -- I am having some difficulty getting everything established to start classes, so I am postponing until I can get everything squared away. Thank you for your patience!!!

Classes start next Wednesday! (2/26) at 6 pm. Our first class will be a 60-ish minute Vinyassa class for balance and energy -- something we could all use this time of year! This class will be for both beginners and intermediate practitioners. Hope to see you on your mat! (Classes are $10 each - cash, venmo, paypal accepted)

I will teach my boys to be dangerous men, to be your friend, to find love within, to let their heart sing, there’s never an end. I will show them strength by the courage I have, I will live a life that will guide them the way, to not listen to the negativity they say, but to harness your power, and blossom like a flower. Your heart is complete, when you dance on your two feet. Don’t let this world, dim your light my son, they’ll try make you fight, but it’s all in the mind, the greatest revenge is none in time. I’ll teach my boys to be dangerous men, to be confident, courageous and calm, that when there’s an alarm. You’ll know what to do, to navigate through, the highs and lows, your heart knows. I’ll teach my boys to be dangerous men, because this world at times won’t be your friend. That we’re in a collective shift, and it’s up to us to defend. With the truth we spread, we’re never really died. To find peace in the chaos, to love in one woman, to want to have children, that family is all, that they’re not a fool. That when we’re not here on this earth, they’re capable to love again, to capture capture their dreams, to live free, that they’re here to be them.
