So I don't use this page much anymore Facebook, but I've received 2 inquiries in 2 days on here so I decided to say hi. I am still very much doing charters and September and October are filling up nicely. I do have availability but its time to book if you're thinking about walleye fishing with me this fall. I'm much more active on Facebook at Captain Jerry Kroeger II so please do head over there to that page and give me a like and follow the action there. I'm always available here on this page too, but I tend to be more active on the other page is all. This limit of walleyes came on Friday night in an hour and 15 minutes. It's gonna start getting really good out there soon as the water temps start to fall folks. Anybody want to go fishing?

Wow Facebook...120 post on my birthday! I've been busy and haven't begun to get to them all, but it's a wonderful feeling knowing so many took the time to wish me a happy birthday. Yesterday I did nothing as the weather was no conducive to walleye fishing, so I caught up on some rest and just relaxed. Got the wknd off with friends and family for Ogdensburg's Seaway Festival, then back at the walleyes early next week. Thanks again everyone and I'll get to all the post soon I promise 👍

Every once in a while we run into something special out there. This fish is just over 20 inches and was 5.7lbs. This fish is the reason the Bass Master's magazine has yet again rated this stretch of river number 1 in the country when it comes to Small Mouths. I'm also fishing the stretch of river where the state record walleye was caught in 2018, we trolled the spot last night. This river is so special....anybody want to go fishing?

As many of you know, I don't typically fish walleyes in June. June walleyes tend to be slower in my opinion, and I just think the bass and pike fishing is to good in June to skip over. But I had a guy who I've taken several times in the past call and tell me his wife wanted a fish fry...so we gave it a try. They were slow, we averaged a fish an hour or so. . In the end he had his limit though and now his Mrs. gets her fish fry.

Mark and Theo started Father's day right this morning. They were having themselves quite a heated fishing competition fishing neck and neck right up till the end. Mark got hooked up towards the end for the tie but Theo wasn't having it, as Mark was catching his fish, Theo got hooked up and he caught his first little river Chub. So now Theodore's up a chub and we're down to the last half hour...sure enough he catches his biggest Pike ever to seal the deal and beat his dad. Theo's fish was 31 inches and 7lbs. What a morning we had out there Mark Villnave...good times buddy 👍

So last night we only got one. This weather pattern the last 3 nights hasn't treated us well at all. I'm very much looking forward to the drastic weather change tomorrow and then the full moon at the end of the week. Got 5 more Walleye trips this week and then for the most part, I'm on to bass and Northern Pike for the next 6 weeks.
