I help my clients explore the deeper issues that are holding them back from love….and I’m also there to help coach them through all the ups and downs and challenges of the dating process. From creating kick ass profiles, to dealing with the overwhelm of the online dating world, to navigating the challenges that come up when dating, and finally to relationship coaching. We dive in and do the deep inner work…and we also cover all the stuff that’s showing up on the ‘outside’ as well. While I lovingly support my clients through this process….I’m also not afraid to give a healthy dose of no-bullsh*t feedback when it feels appropriate and supportive as well. My goal is to help my clients grow into the most fulfilled, healthy, authentic, and empowered versions of themselves they have ever been! It is from that place — that they end up finding the most quality relationships they've ever had. Because great relationships truly do start with ourselves :)
