Sink in, expand, and pause in this deep meditative class. This room is slightly warmed to a comfortable temperature to assist in relaxing and deepening stretches. The pace is meditative.

Hello Aerial Clients,

Hope this information on our summer program finds you well. Thank you first and foremost for your continual support. I am forever grateful to have consistency own my offerings in our community. I am hopeful this extends into the summer, a time when our schedules tend to ebb in flow with the seasonal transitions and school calendar.

With that being said and understood I am moving back to the class passes for the summer with drop ins available as well as pre-registrations.
Class Passes will be available to use June, July, and August with all classes being available to all ages and all abilities Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
