At our fully-equipped Pilates studio, we're teaching your body how to get along with ease and efficiency. We assess your posture. We watch your spine.
Jessie Zalla and her teachers are dedicated to body work and keeping the body healthy, strong and fine-tuned. Pilates classes are up to 5 people on the tower and reformer machines. Cardio-Barre classes include a standing workout, arm weights, Pilates mat work, stretching and balancing. Our “not self theme” in Human Design is who we are not meant to be! It’s the part of our personality that is there to remind us that somewhere we got off track and it’s time to realign.
Physically, our bodies give us tue same signals. Think about when you are doing an exercise and it tugs or hurts, it’s a sign to re-align, try it in a new or different way or to stop all together.
Our bodies and our minds have habitual patterns that feel normal. If they are habitual they can change… on any given new day, new patterns can emerge.
Create the change you want to be. ✌️💛
Your joints are begging for a break! Try to think of your joints as pathways for tension to move THROUGH instead of places that hold you up. Find the little ways to get out of your joints and into your bones and muscles and your body will thank you.
