Susan’s lifelong love of dance, movement, and the efficient working of the body led her to become certified as a general exercise instructor in 1987 (from Cal State, Hayward), as a Pilates Instructor in 1997 (after completing a 700 hour program), as an instructor of AIReal Yoga™️ In 2013 and as an instructor of AERIAL YOGA and GENTLE AERIAL YOGA in 2015. She has been teaching for 34 years, 18 years in Ojai spreadng her belief that proper form and function in movement are of the utmost importance for HEALTH and LONGEVITY.
