Do you have under active muscles? Isometric training is excellent for that!
Being about to key in and focus on isometric exercises is great for muscle stabilization and gaining strength. In this video, Coach A.J. is solely isolating and focusing hamstring development through this exercise. This form of training is a great method to help gain better strength and functionality as you continue to grow on your fitness journey. Try it out!

How it started 🆚 how it’s going
D.J.’s progress since June 6th last year has been major to say the least! We’ve packed on just over 15lbs of muscle and corrected some muscles imbalances.
Coach A.J. Bussey had this to say about D.J.: “I’m extremely proud of the work D.J. has put in. He’s never once shorted himself. He’s always asking what’s next and never misses a day. It’s been a blessing working with him and watching him grow as an athlete.”
On the court, D.J. is running faster, moving more efficiently, and jumping higher, as well as scoring and defending at a high level.
