This time from former Tropical Storm which has dropped nearly 30 inches in Texas and it’s still raining hard! FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for and Counties in . Stay off flooded roads.
The 1000-yr means the chance in any given year - in this specific place - is .1%, based on stats from our historical record, not that it can only happen every 1000 years. But it does occur much more often now due to a warmer climate.

Due to the current fire, the Town of Velma is being evacuated and please remain away from the area until further notice!!
****The Stephens County Fairgrounds will be open as a shelter to residents affected by fire evacuations!

K9 Bailey Blue and Ahrko got to visit one of their favorite people today, Dr. Mendy Laughlin! 🐾❤️
There is something special about having a veterinarian you trust with your dogs, especially working K9s. Dr. Laughlin and her entire staff are amazing. You never question how much they love what they do or how much they care about the animals walking through their doors.
And the feeling is mutual. Bailey and Ahrko absolutely LOVE them. 😂🐾
