Big news for our EPIC National 14U Smith family…

After a lot of thought and prayer, I’ve made the decision to step away as head coach. This team, these girls, and these families have meant more to me than words can express, and I’m incredibly thankful for every moment we’ve shared together.

With that being said, I couldn’t be more excited to officially hand the reins over to Mikayla Smith/Dawson. This transition has been something we’ve planned carefully, and there is truly nobody I trust more to lead this group moving forward. Her passion, energy, knowledge of the game, and love for these athletes make her the perfect person for this opportunity.

This is still the same great team with the same big goals — now with a new leader ready to help take them even further. I’m excited to watch these girls continue to grow, compete, and chase everything they’re capable of accomplishing under her leadership.

Please join me in welcoming Coach Mik to the next chapter of EPIC National 14U Smith. The future is bright, and I truly believe the best is still ahead for these girls.
