The month of May came and went. We’re a little more settled now and we’re back by popular demand.
WOMEN’S BJJ CLASS (with occasional striking, bc why not?)
We will be focusing on sport jiujitsu, but all interests are welcome; self defense, sport, street, how-make-your-significant-other-throw-away-the-trash, basics, etc.
Starting this week.
5:45-6:45 No Gi Fundamentals
6-7 Striking
7-8 Women’s BJJ

First OKC Women’s Open Mat. Expected a smaller crowd for Mother’s Day, but definitely got quality rounds.
Next week at be on the lookout for their times.
To clarify any misunderstanding with the post from last night that was subsequently removed.
