Here's my fitness progress for the year so far.
I'm not as big as my last bulk, BUT it is a bulk while maintaining, which is more of an achievement bc I usually gain way too much body fat over muscle. This time I've definitely toned out more
I'm excited for my cut to start bc this time around, we might see some definition in the ab region 👀

Why take supplements? To add something that you might be lacking in your diet or to increase something already in your diet.
Remember that the focus is on a balanced & nutritious diet, and supplements come after. This mostly applies to a multivitamin but the same applies to protein powers/shakes. Having them is great, but a quality meal goes a long way.

Happy Fourth of July 🎆
Even though with recent news, it doesn't feel exciting to celebrate this holiday.
But what I will celebrate is friends & family, and the community I have found.
Community is strength. Well-being includes your social circle, and a healthy life is better with a supportive community.

Exactly a year apart. I'm so happy for the changes I made in such a short amount of time. It really was locking down my nutrition that really helped me
