OKC! Several Spirit House teachers will be out for a yoga retreat in Italy 🇮🇹 for the next two weeks which means I’ll be subbing some classes! As well as Brandi, and Tyler! I’m subbing the next two Tuesdays as well as Saturday the 13th. Tyler is subbing Sunday mornings at 10 and Brandi, Sunday at 5. Plus, Brandi is teaching on Thursday mornings at 9. Which means…you have a lot of opportunities to get in some yoga this month! See you soon! Spirit House is off of 23rd and Robinson and has a $15 walk-in!
