Humans are not physically normal in the absence of hard work. Strength, resilience, and capability are adaptations. Without resistance, the body doesn’t maintain them.
Some staff training at Starting Strength OKC. Old man shoulder rehab for due to a recent shoulder injury. We’re on week 4 of NLP for .borghini - target body weight is 200lbs. squats 190x5x3 on day two of her NLP. is on remedial squats because she’s being held together by screws and plates and tape, but she can handstand walk.
Everyone runs into obstacles. The real question is whether you let them stop you or use them as motivation to get stronger.
Janet chose stronger.
After being diagnosed with osteopenia, she decided to start strength training, and she’s been making steady progress ever since.
In March, she’ll go in for another scan, and she’s hopeful to see real improvement.
