THREE YEARS ago today I was blessed to start training Soph!

She hated those early mornings. She has grown in front of me. These kids aren’t just clients or a paycheck to me… they are like my very own! They’ve filled a spot in my heart in this journey that I didn’t know I actually needed.
They confide in me, give me a hard time, get mad at me, laugh at me, tell me things I sometimes don’t need to know but in all of that I’m a safe place for them aside from a good workout.
I’ve seen some of these kids finish junior high, start high school, won championships, go to prom, drive a car (probably the most scariest part of it all) and blossom into young soon to be adults. They will go onto college and do their thing and I will cry. But I know that they will never forget about me and will hear me in the back of their mind on days when they think they can’t do something!!!
I’ve always poured into them that they can do anything they put their heart and mind to… even BURPEES!

Time flies when you are having fun and raising kids. These bonus kids have added so much joy to my days and my passion. This girl is golden inside and out & is quick to tell everyone she’s my favorite.

Sophie- I love you too pieces & can’t wait to see the next years of your life and softball career unfold. Thank you for trusting me and still choosing to show up even on the days you don’t want to. Happy 3 Year FITVERSARY💪🏻❤️
