Here we go!!!!! Let's get back into a routine of taking care of ourselves. This is not really a competition with others. It's a challenge to yourself to be better and healthier. Let's just add a little "FUN" and comradery in the journey. We support each other and share in the process of making changes.
Beginning measurements, weight, bodyfat and pictures will be taken at the beginning and end of the challenge. You will need to set up an appointment with your trainer for this.
You will be given nutritional recommendations to follow. You will also be given a way to track your food and invite Kim to have access to your food tracking if you so desire. Kim will be as involved and give you as many tools as you would like. No more/No less ( Kim is not the Nutrition N**i).
Factors that go into deciding the winner include:
% Body Weight change ( not everyone has the same amount to change. Men and women also lose/gain weight differently)
% Body Fat change
Inches changed
Before and After Pictures
