Been working on some new songs and moves for spin class.
I’ve never seen so many adults afraid of a bike that doesn’t even move😜😂😂

I would like to run what I can a Wednesday spin off. Run spin classes all day. I would also like to try a few early morning classes.
5 and 6am, 8am, 10:30am,12 noon, 2 and 3pm, 4pm, 6pm
Just put what class works best for you in Venmo or Cash App comments.
