I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to all my clients who showed up in such a powerful way today, as we had our last day of Silver Sneakers at Gold’s Gym.
THANK YOU to those who came to class!
THANK YOU to those who gave me special hugs!
THANK YOU to those who helped load equipment and bring it all the way to my house and help off load it into my garage!
THANK YOU for the gifts!
THANK YOU for the donations!
THANK YOU for the text messages from those who couldn’t make it to class!
THANK YOU for loving me and trusting me with your health, strength and healing the last 10.5 years!!

For those who plan to stay on board the Freedom Fit Family Train…let’s keep praying that God leads us to the right facility to continue our classes. Until then, let’s keep rockin’ online and staying healthy together!!!

I know some of you missed seeing me today that do not attend my classes. I will be at the gym tomorrow and Sunday to do my own workouts, but also to give ya’ll proper hugs and thank you’s.

I love you all.

Today was incredibly special for our Freedom Fit Family!! I wanted us to be able to fellowship one more time before the gym closes next week, as some will potentially be moving on to other locations. We have several that were unable to attend today, but I know you all were with us in spirit!
My greatest prayer is that I can find a location in Moore/South OKC that will be able to accommodate us beginning July 13. An even bigger prayer is that an Angel will build me a 1500sq ft air conditioned barndominium so I never have to move my classes again 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
