Don’t believe everything you read My algorithm has served me lately with people saying “do my thing because CrossFit is dying” You would not be able to walk in to, and attend a CrossFit gym, and still come out with that opinion Unless you can’t get over being s**t at things for a while, or you desperately want to rely on a crutch within an area of fitness It’s broad, and general, and widespread enough to simply work But it’s not brand new. And it’s not “the next best thing”. But it is the best thing to be overall the best version of yourself that you can be. Not diluted down to “jimmys fitness down the road”, CROSSFIT. Applied in the form it was intended And to be clear, I’m not saying ANY other type of training or fitness is BAD, in any way. It’s all awesome, for sure. I’m just talking from the things I’ve seen over my last decade in the space Jazz it up, use fancy words, add or remove, it all has a shelf life. This will continue to work.
