Big thanks to Ryan Craig of Philly Chen Taiji and assistant instructor Angel Castillo for an excellent tai chi seminar last weekend. Chen tai chi builds structure and body mechanics that transfer beautifully to other martial arts, including aikido, judo, jiu-jitsu, and more.

Aikido/Judo friends: if you’ve been looking for a training boost that actually carries over, we’ve got a Chen Taiji clinic coming up. The teaching in this clinic will help develop usable body mechanics that will carry over into other martial arts.

Registration closes at the end of February.
