It’s officially time to start planning summer activities!!! Put us on your list!! Please!! We only have 1 TURBO this summer and I want it full full fullllll!!! Especially because this is how me, Mrs Olivia can see all your dancers precious faces this summer!! Send me a message that your daughter, son or family member is joining us! They must RSVP!! Due to supplies!!

What a special recital! Thank you all SO MUCH for joining in on the celebration of our 20th year!! This recital will be remembered forever! Congratulations Mrs Laci on another year of teaching! We will also miss our 2 Seniors, Payton and Preslee SO much! But we hope and pray your next journey is successful and Christ following!! 💕🙏

Our last 20th Anniversary highlight for the season is our amazing, beautiful and talented studio teacher Mrs Laci! Laci started dancing at Take A Bow 20 years ago!! That’s right! She’s one of the firsts ever to dance at TAB and she’s still with us today! Not just dancing herself but teaching all your littles weekly! From starting and graduating, to working our front desk, to teaching solos and the older hip hop class, to then getting to the roll of lead teacher! Laci has been though every transition that TAB has and she’s done it with grace! Laci girl! So excited to watch your accomplishments tonight! You are incredible and I’m so proud of you!! Here’s to 20 years girl!

Our next 20th Anniversary highlight is this precious girl Zoey! This picture back in 2018 gets me every single time!! That sweet little Zoey is not so little anymore! Now Zoey is dancing away in one of TABS older jazz class and is so beautiful and strong. Zoey is calm and quiet but when she’s dancing I see her personality shine through. Seeing Zoey grow up before my eyes for 9 years will always been a highlight in my life. How a dancer so young can be so grown and hugging my neck now brings me so much happiness! Zoey, love you girl!!

Our next 20th Anniversary highlight is Shelby! As you can see Shelby started dancing at Take A Bow in 2016! Shelby has danced on and off during her 10 years but when she comes back in the mix she’s always on and never misses a beat! Shelby was always so full of energy and excitement! Especially when it was her time to do free dance!! 😉 but you could always count on older sister to bring her back down to reality! 🤭 I can’t hear Gwyneth now! Shelby with your beautiful red hair… I love you! It’s been so much fun to watch you grow up here at TAB!

Our next 20th Anniversary highlight is Miss Carolina! Carolina has danced at Take A Bow for 9 years!! Carolina is a power house! One of the strongest dancers I’ve taught in my career. She gives it her all. Along with that she has an unbelievable grace about her that others feel when they are around her. Carolina is a friend to others and includes others who maybe feel left out. She steps in as a leader when needed- shoutout to the help that she is giving in the younger hip hop class!! 🙌🏻 we love you Carolina! You’re such an impact at TAB and I’m so grateful to have you in our dance family!!

As I’m officially to the week of my 20 year recital I am in awe of the journey and memories it has taken me to get here. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought this passion when I was 14 would take me to the age of 34. 20 years of my life have been dedicated to this dream. Dedicated to changing the lives of so many dancers who were able to walk through my studio doors. I always wanted every dancer to find the love of Jesus in my space and to dance with modesty, clean music and FUN without the pressure of the dance world saying they had to be perfect. By the hand of the Lord Take A Bow has made it through so many different seasons. From starting in my parents home, to our brick and mortar space in 2010, marriage to my husband, starting my journey of motherhood with 2 babies, the craziness of Covid, and even the BIG transition of stepping out of the classroom the last 2 years. Take A Bow has been the most amazing journey! Can’t believe it’s a dream that I have lived. So here’s to hoping the Lord gives me more years to pour into the lives of more ballerinas in my city and to keep impacting others in His name! I did not waste the gift the Lord placed in me. 1 Timothy 4:14
