Practicing mixed martial arts can boost self confidence and self esteem in children, teens and adults. 💪

The goal of youth MMA is to help improve the ability to defend oneself, as well as building confidence and improving a person’s overall fitness and discipline.

Kids aren’t going after each other in the cage, beating each other up. When your child does compete, they will be wearing a variety of pieces of protective gear, including head gear, shin guards and more padding while sparing in a way that minimizes the chance of injury.

Video games and tv shows can offer a lot of fun entertainment for kids, but mixed martial arts offer a different kind, one that will offer something to their lives and enhance the quality of life that they experience. Other forms of entertainment will keep them busy, but they won’t actually improve the life that they are living.

Video games are fun! But nothing beats perfecting your side kick with your MMA fam. 💥💥💥

Active kids will have:

✅less risk of becoming overweight
✅lower chance of getting type 2 diabetes
✅lower blood pressure
✅ lower blood cholesterol levels
✅a better outlook on life

MMA focuses on teaching the ability to remain peaceful at all costs, and to only resort to violence if there is no other option available. The importance of solving things without violence is at the center of mixed martial arts.
