Our Adaptive Open Gym is a welcoming, inclusive space designed for children with special needs to explore, play, and move at their own pace.
This unstructured class provides access to gymnastics equipment including bars, balance beams, mats, and a variety of sensory-friendly manipulatives and activities set up throughout the gym.
Children are encouraged to build confidence, develop motor skills, and enjoy movement in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Whether they prefer climbing, balancing, swinging, jumping, or simply exploring, every child is free to participate in the way that feels most comfortable for them.
A parent or caregiver is required to remain in the gym and actively supervise their child throughout the session. This allows families to support their child’s individual needs while enjoying quality time together in a safe and encouraging setting.
Our goal is to provide a positive space where every child feels welcome, celebrated, and empowered to move, play, and have fun.

*Our Adaptive Open Gym is designed specifically for children with special needs. To help us provide the best possible experience, we ask that only registered participants with special needs use the gym during this time. Thank you for understanding and supporting this inclusive space.

Drop off your child at Metro for a great time full of fun, Olympic Games/races, and gymnastics! Drop off and Pick up at Metro West.

6-9pm
Ages 4-10 (must be potty trained)
$40/child ($50 after 1pm tomorrow)
Pizza and snacks included!

Classes are booking up already but don’t let that scare you ! Add to the wait list if the class you need is full! Kids will move around between now and when we start. As we get more coaches trained, we will be able to open up more classes too and the wait lists with more kids on it will get opened first!
