Back at work after the holidays and just want to remind people of the importance of moving your body so that your brain works better! Whether it be walking, running, playing a sport, lifting weights or doing yoga, there are so many benefits for your body.

We are on day 28 of my 100 day push-up challenge. Going for 100 days in a row, if you’re interested in joining and let me know. Here is my last 70 push-ups of the day in time lapse video!
You can do 25 a day if you’re a beginner, 50 day if you’re intermediate, and 100 pushups per day if you are advanced!

I just finished my pushups for today.
Did my pushups this morning to make up for yesterday, did 25 pushups around 9:30am, 25 this afternoon (on the 🏌️♂️ course) and just now, I finished the last 50.

Here are my make up pushups from yesterday. 37 short yesterday but got them done.
Day 4, it’s Monday but you still have to get it done. Set a timer and do 10 every hour if you have to, or do it when you get done with your work today. Morning is always the best time to get it done because then you don’t have to worry about it the rest the day.
Find what works for you. I did 20 this morning with one of my first clients of the day and just finished the rest on my lunch hour.
