Plainsmen Knives

Putting out a couple of hatchets I’ve hung on longer handles. The smaller one is a vintage council paper label that’s long gone lol. It’s around 1.25 # head on a 18.5” oal length hickory handle that I thinned and shaped myself. $130 shipped

The bigger one is a Council Flying Fox on a 22” oal red elm handle. I have thinned this one out and it’s a hell of a nice user. $160 shipped

Both have seen little use but not much. Pm if interested, can get more pictures as needed. They will get a fresh edge and buff before shipping to make sure they are razor sharp.

Last knife made in 23, was intended to process a deer or two during holiday antlerless but that didn’t pan out so it’s available here at a bargain. Comes with black kydex sheath. 4” handle and 4-1/8” blade. 1/16” thin AEBL!

In all fairness she was big n old and he was good size, the smaller doe fell victim yesterday. Pretty good weekend.

The and getting it done on a nice buck during the last couple days of muzzleloader season. Now the work starts

Headed out for the last weekend of muzzleloader in the morning. While some guys will take a atv or a side by side, I use what I have and my little red Yanmar will get the job done!

Plus the wood frame fits the truck bed tent I have so the rig is still drivable too 🤠
