Coming together with great friends loving a sport to create a forever family! We will continue to develop our craft, believe in ourselves with confidence, pick each other up in life and on the field, and give the best of us to each other.

It’s more than the jersey. More than 6 runs and 3 innings. It’s the greatest gift we never knew we needed… And that’s each other.

Thank you to our fans and our coaches for motivating our Oklahoma Drive XVIII players and uplifting them every step of the way through a tough tournament. We pushed through all 6 games against AMAZING teams. Game 5 pushed us like no other lasting almost 2 hours long and 8 innings (quadruple ITB). Headed to the Championship to reclaim ourselves against the only loss of the day and we ended (15-9) taking 1st place.

These girls truly are something to watch out for because we dont plan on backing down anytime soon!

Game 3 MVP- OF #44 Kinslee Smith! You had to be there!

Kinslee showed up and just when it counted the most! OF fly out for the first double play of the season! And homerun hitter bringing in 2 RBIs during one of our toughest games!

She switched it and moved in on SS later bringing all the heat! Behind the plate? Every AB- lightning ⚡️ NOBODY faster and she will make sure you know it!

Semi-Final MVP… 3B #19 Emery Griffen! Locked the flip in!

First dive catch of the season! Fly out queen with 5 pop fly outs and golden glove with throws to 1B and a beautiful tag out at 3rd! A hit at EVERY SINGLE AB and MULTIPLE RBIs in all 5 games!

In quadruple ITB, she ended the game winning inning with the final Fly Out sending us to the Ship❤️🤍

Christmas in July C H A M P I O N S!

We started this tournament off going 2-1 in pool play only losing by a single run (not bad for a team that took off for SEVEN weeks)!!

Kept our bats hot 🔥, our defense ⬆️, and our mindsets on one thing… coming for the crown 👑 ❤️

We fought our way through bracket going back to back with 3 dubs against Unknown 8u, Blanchard Blast (semi finals going into QUADRUPLE ITB), and Gametime X9 in the championship going 15-9! 5 wins with 1 loss. 12 hours at the ballpark, 12 hearts locked in as one. 12 cool kids in championship glasses❤️🤍🖤

There truly comes a time when you have to step back from the game. Step away from the sideline. Take off the coaches hat, get eye level with the girls, and truly let it all out. Because while it may be about the team, it will always be family first. ALWAYS.

Last week our family took a shift. A life changing one. One where we dropped everything in a moments notice and rushed to the side of one of our own. Our Assistant Coach Tiera Manowski saw the signs. Our parent Robbie Duck came with the device. Parents Brandon and Sara Grissam jumped into action and gave everything they had in prayer for their little girl.

Our #35 was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Throughout this transition Emmalee stayed strong and brave. Quick with the comebacks, in true comedic fashion- showed that she is a warrior (and a funny one at that). At 8 years old, has shown that nothing (AND I MEAN NOTHING) will stop her from being a firecracker on a rocket.

This is a change that we as family will grow through together and she will never be alone. We ride together, we DRIVE together. Growing stronger every day. Your sisters are always behind you Rodeo.

Yesterday may have been America’s 250th birthday but we spent it celebrating our #22 Alianna Luckett turning the big E I G H T!
