Changes in Off-Campus Recruiting for College Football, what it means and more! A recent waiver by the NCAA oversight committee was recently released that in my opinion flew under the radar for many of the college football fans, parents and recruits.

Before you tell a college coach you run a 4.4 in the 40! Consider these times.

Congrats to 2026 ATH Max Moore 6'4 210 (Mannford, OK) for his decision to attend the University of Tulsa. Max is being recruited as a TE after a successful two way player in High School! Congrats

A final Transfer Portal Update:

10,965 NCAA football players entered the portal.
- 3,972 FBS
- 2,771 FCS
- 4,222 D2/D3

Many have signed and are enrolled at new schools.

But 6,671 NCAA football players are active and hoping to sign.
- 1,619 FBS
- 1,782 FCS
- 3,270 D2/D3

40% of FBS portal guys are still looking.
64% of FCS portal guys are still looking.
77% of D2 and D3 portal guys are still looking.
