Merry Christmas Eve! 💪🏻🎄

Had to make my yearly awkward Christmas photos so let me know which one you like more 😂

Hope everyone has an awesome and safe holiday!

I’ve been a little MIA on social media lately to focus on work and take a personal break. Think it’s so important to take breaks every once in while and its definitely helped. Excited to share what I’ve been working on soon and ready to hit 2022 hard 💯

A little consistency = huge results 💪🏻

Still loving my 3 day a week workouts down from 5-6 a week. I’d rather stay consistent with 3 than burn myself out with 6.

As long as you’re doing something is what matters. I try to apply this to fitness and anything else 💯

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Physique update 💪🏻

Currently staying pretty lean at around 162lbs. My 2022 goal is to start a lean bulk and hit it hard. Aiming for a solid 170-175lbs. My biggest struggle is consistently getting in enough calories being so busy, but I’m committed!

What’s your 2022 fitness goal?

New camera, might delete later 🥔

Hope everyone has an awesome Wednesday! 💪🏻

Still staying extremely busy, but still getting my 3 days a week workouts in and trying to eat as healthy as I can.

My camera is also a great source of carbs

Do something today that makes you happy 💯

Just a reminder that it’s important to take some time for yourself and do something you enjoy.

For me it’s getting outside and doing literally anything with fresh air. What’s something you like to do?

Find what you want and go for it 💯

Whatever your goal, it might not be easy, but it’s always worth it. You don’t wanna look back on life not doing something you wanted because it was hard.

Hope everyone has an awesome Friday!

Busy and stressed? Same.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed, you’re not alone. Especially towards the end of the year with deadlines and holidays.

I’ve been feeling overworked lately with too many projects and things going on right now. It’s to the point where it’s affecting my workouts, sleep and diet.

My solution is don’t give up and adapt.

Instead of hitting workouts 5-6 days a week I’m doing 3 for now. Also eating as healthy(ish) as I can. Being stressed and busy comes in waves and you’ve got to do what you can until it passes.

Looking forward it slowingdown, but for now gotta adapt and grind it out💪🏻

Happy Sunday! 🍂

Ready to hit this next week hard after all the food I ate thanksgiving/weekend 💪🏻

I always eat too much food, but 100% worth it. All about getting back into consistency. Hope everyone has an awesome week!

5 things I’ve learned about fitness:

1. Just do something: If you can’t go to the gym 5 days a week, but you can go for a 30 minute walk 3 days a week, do that. As long as you’re doing something on a consistent basis you’ll see progress.

2. Diet beats exercise: Even if you are doing zero exercise, but start eating a little healthier you can see results. Just cutting out soda or a few daily sugary foods can make a huge difference.

3. Realize what being in shape means to you: If being healthier means you’re able to do more things, feel better and have a overall better quality of life, than it’s 100% worth making small sacrifices with exercise and eating healthier.

4. Fitness for the mind: Exercising is proven to help with depression, anxiety, reducing stress, boosting brain power and an overall mood booster. Anytime I’m feeling super stressed a workout is my go to outlet.

5. Control what you can: life is busy and sometimes it’s impossible to eat healthy or exercise. My approach is anytime I can control my schedule I stick to cooking my meals at home and working out. When something comes up, I don’t beat myself up because I know I’ve been consistent where I could.
