We’re popping the spotlight on Jon Riese today ✨
When he first walked into Complete West, he was looking for community and a place to improve his health. What he found was a new way to view what he’s capable of. For Jon, the biggest shift hasn’t just been the weight on the bar—it’s the confidence he now carries into each day. It’s proof that when you show up for yourself in here, it changes how you show up everywhere else.
Drop a “🙌” in the comments to celebrate Jon’s consistency, progress and momentum he’s built!

April 19, 1995—168 lives we will never forget.
Today’s workout is a reflection of the Oklahoma Standard: showing up, serving others, and choosing kindness.
We move with purpose, side by side

A special note on Monday’s workout:
This workout was built to honor the 168 lives lost in the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995.
It remains the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in our nation’s history. But what followed is what shaped the meaning behind this workout — The Oklahoma Standard.
In the aftermath, people showed up.
Trucks became ambulances. Strangers became neighbors. People gave whatever they had to give.
A willingness to serve. To honor. To be kind when it mattered most.
That’s what we carry into today’s workout.
