The past few years, I’ve only worked with a very small group of family and friends . I’m looking to expand that as we get into 2024! I’m going to continue to keep it extremely individualized with groups of no more than 4. If you or a small group of friends have goals to improve your body composition and health in the coming months, I’d love to be a part of it.
