CLIENT'S SPOTLIGHT!
This morning's training session consisted of many hip exercises with mobility!
Slides 1 and 2: Rachele and Taylor are working on hip flexor planks to really focus on hitting the hip flexors in an isometric position. Play with different angles, like putting a yoga block under the leg or having the iso leg in full knee flexion. These are a must-try if you are dealing with hip mobility issues!
Slides 3 and 4: Rachele's front splits progression in just two weeks. Working on nerve flossing and getting stronger in uncomfortable positions has made this possible! So excited to see what the next few weeks will look like! 💪
