🥋 Today is the 72nd Anniversary of the Hanmookwan as well as the 26th Anniversary of Academy Martial Arts.

🥋 Academy Martial Arts held its 132nd promotion examination today. 4 students tested and promoted🥋

Was walking around Krems, Austria 🇦🇹 and saw this Taekwondo school. I was ready to take on all comers, but no one was there. Well, maybe not, but I was at least going to stop in and say hello. 👊🏼

The 131st Academy Martial Arts promotion examination was today. Congratulations to the following black belts that successfully passed their exam:

We are ready for the 131st Academy Martial Arts promotion exam this Saturday!!

Academy Martial Arts will conduct its 131st promotion test on Sat, May 30th, starting at 9am.

The 6 test candidates will be testing for degrees ranging from 3rd degree black up through 7th degree black. All test candidates have many years in at their current belt level and they will be required to perform all of the AMA syllabus material from white belt up through the black belt level they are testing for.

Black belt essays are being submitted, variations to the core self defense syllabus are being developed and performed for the head instructors, all forms, kicking exercises, basic exercises, self defense techniques from punches, grabs, chokes, kicks, knives, & guns are being practiced.
