That’s a wrap on Behavior & Performance Camp🏁
Over the past few weeks, this group showed up—not just to sweat, but to show up for themselves physical and mentally.
We did more than just push through physical challenges; we did the work to become mentally more resilient too. We leaned into **behavior design** to look at our health through a holistic lens, understanding that sustainable change comes from the small, intentional habits we build every single day. 🧠✨
