Goure Fishing

So thrilled about this, yes we have been fishing too much but what can I do? As a dad, every time my boys ask me if we could fish and I say yes! .beckettg

Beckett caught his very first lunker! Proud of him. He was so funny when he caught it, he got mad at Wyatt thinking that Wyatt will take a pic when picking up the bass. Wyatt was only trying to help him and get the bass out of the water.

But, it was fun!




Purple, pumpkin green and black wacky rigs was the clear winner!

Before fishing at this unique place in Overland Park. My oldest, Wyatt had the chance to teach his sweet girlfriend Jadaella in fishing and he caught this nice largemouth bass, the best part is that it's located at the school its own pond near his girlfriend's home so heck yes I believe they will fish there some more.

Even better, at this school's pond... This school provides a fishing program!

Just a year and half ago... Beckett, my youngest once said 'I will never like fishing! Stop asking me to fish!' As a father, I just keep fishing and Beckett started to excel in fishing and learning how baitcasting reels work.

Damn! He literally kept fishing! Now he's mad when I'm tired and cannot fish!

We went to this new place and wow! It is different from where we usually go and the waters are full of beavers, koi fish, huge carps and some bass!

We definitely will go back to this place but I'm dang proud of my boys, they do love fishing! 😎❤️🎣🐟💯

Our buddies Jake and Cam also fished with us and Cam caught great snapshots of beavers!

Went out fishing w my boys and a friend. Caught 4 and damn all they want is yamamoto black senko worm, love them but damn they break too easy!

The water was really muddy and brown so with this senko it worked so well!

Well school's out and they are rubbing my face while fishing and I was stuck at work :(

Hah, but I'm glad they had fun!

Bassin' for fun!

This spinning lure was the clear winner for today's fishing. Yup, it's from temu and honestly if you select the right lures. They are gonna bite! I definitely will get more of those lures!

Stress is something we deal with everyday. Some days are ok, some days are bad. Fortunately I had a buddy and two sons who chose to fish with me today for me to destress. It was a simple long day and enjoyable, I had plenty of bites but caught just 3 and lost one really nice big wiper.

At least I caught my personal best a common carp! Those spinner lures from Temu sure are legit! I enjoy proving others wrong in regards to lures ;)

The other day I fished with my sons and a friend, we kept trying different lures and yeah this purple wacky rig is what they wanted. They kept biting! But no lunkers this time.

Can't wait to fish more soon!

It sure was a fun day! At the private pond, we caught plenty and enjoyed the fish tacos!

The best part is that my boys decided to join us, me and my buddy Jake for the day.

February fishing sure is a very different but fun way to learn how to catch those bass!
