Today is Miss Debbie’s 65th birthday!! Happy Birthday to her! (We miss you all ♥️)

A year ago today we announced that we were closing. As it is still bittersweet and we miss all our students and families, we are greatly enjoying time with our family.

Don’t hesitate to post on here (our page or even this post) with how everyone is doing and what they are up to. Like we mentioned before, walking away from our customers was the hardest part.

This guy right here, a incredible soul that helped put so much into perspective as the gym is about to close.

“It’s just a chapter coming to and end, something people face daily. Now it’s a chance to explorer something new.”

But the best part, he challenged Miss Debbie at the beginning of summer to figure out what she was going to do for herself. Not for her husband, kids or grandkids, but herself.

What a beautiful reminder that it’s all going to be ok. AND now is the time to put yourself first again and enjoy it with zero guilt.

PS a favorite in the conversation whenever Debbie started to cry was his response of “uh oh, another Kleenex moment, let me get you one!”
