Programming your beliefs will keep you in the game of life!!

Soβ¦youβve taken care of everyone else in the past 10 yrs and now itβs your turn.
You look around at the other women in your life that you admire and decide that since Karen got results doing cycle classes 3x a week...you should start that routine up.
I mean after all, Karen looks fabulous, and you want that look as well. (Sidenote: you hate cycling....arrghhh!)
But something in the back of your mind nags at you. You need a change...and donβt like specific diets that have you cutting out things....
Letβs be wise ladies...what works for Karen wonβt necessarily work for you. Just like your neighbor who is doing a bootcamp class...letβs not do something to injure yourself and set off another weight gain cycle.
Itβs time for results...your way.
You need advice with no strings attached...and trust me, my coaching is unique and Iβm okay with you going with a different option if it means you getting results...

When you decide to take care of yourself in your 20s...the effort is somewhat diciplined but results come naturally.
As you hit your 30s...you might notice a shift in your health results. It takes work, a little planning, and dedication to habits to produce your results.
But when your 40s or 50s hit...your health focus needs to ramp up...and you will need to take back control of what you let get away from you.
