September is rolling in, and we’re excited to add some more classes to our weekly offerings! 💚🧡💛

Along with more classes, you’ll also see some new teachers joining our schedule. We can’t wait for you to meet them and experience what they bring to the studio!

Building a weekly yoga practice is one of the best ways to create consistency, strength, mobility, and space to drop into the breathing body.

It’s just that, a practice. Just keep coming back, again, and again.

Join Sara Sterley for a gentle evening of Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra, creating space to slow down, digest the season we’ve just lived, and ground before we transition into fall.

Monday mornings can feel like a rush, but what if they became an invitation to slow down?

Join Sara Sterley for Seasonal Yin + Meditation, a grounding practice designed to help you begin the week from a place of stillness rather than hustle.

Yin is the quiet counterbalance to all our yang movement. No experience is needed, just a willingness to arrive.

As we move through late summer and toward fall, we’ll explore the energy of the Earth element: nourishment, digestion and grounding.
