Midcoast Athlete of The Month - Andy Bennett.
Very proud to announce Andy as our athlete of the month with his hard work and dedication over the past year. He puts in the work and listens to his coaches to get better and he has been hitting many PR’s in that year. Very easy to coach and a great listener and most importantly great person, father and husband. Congratulations to you Andy!
I’ve been with Midcoast for a little over a year. This is my third non-consecutive year of CF.
I’d like to hit 300 on my back squat. And I really enjoy all the olympic lifts.
My fitness goal is to look like a Spartan Warrior, but I like bagels too much so I’ll settle for increased strength and endurance. I’ve made a lot of progress at Midcoast. I give the coaches and other members all the credit. The atmosphere is amazing here, and when Brian’s your hype man you can do anything.

Midcoast Athlete of the Month - Nicole Hill.
Nicole has been working so hard at CF and a dedicated 5:30 am athlete going almost every morning. In the past few months working hard at CF and diet she is now down 25 lbs. We are so very proud of your hard work and dedication to achieving your fitness goals. Congratulations Nicole!
I’ve been doing CrossFit (at midcoast) for 5 years in October! I’d like to improve on my pull ups, toes to bar and double unders! Get more consecutive reps with all of them. My favorite thing about CrossFit is the people for sure. And the amount of support from these people for everyone to succeed is just the best.
Working full time and having 3 young kids makes it very difficult to get an hour a day for myself. I’d like to continue making that a priority and encourage others to also. The way I see my kids following in my shoes and loving exercise and sports is my biggest motivator and achievement to date.
The crazier the hair, the better the lift! Rockstar! 🤩🤩🤩

Our Athlete of the month is Alena Curtis. Couldn’t be more proud of this young lady in college putting in the work all summer going almost 6 days a week and improving on so many things w her fitness goals. Midcoast is very proud of you and keep it up in the upcoming year. Keep that smile going.
I did CrossFit on and off in highschool. I took a break and just started again this winter into the summer. My favorite movement is the deadlift or a power clean. I would like to improve on my pushups and toes to bar. Some goals for this upcoming year is to continue on my fitness journey and also work on running!
Thanks again for everything! Midcoast CrossFit is seriously the best gym I’ve been to!
