Hey Everyone, I am very likely heading up to Endure BJJ a sister school of shoreline this Friday. The Practice is at 7:30. If you are interested in coming shoot me a DM.

We are pleased to announce two new programs coming to OSPR in early 2019!! We will be working with Renzo Gracie Shoreline Academy to offer adult and youth introduction Jiu Jitsu classes. Our Adult program will be on Fridays and our youth class will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings. More info to come. Program booklet will be out next week!!

I am running the Gaman BJJ Gi Championship open to kids, adults, and masters on October 6th in Patterson, NY.

I train with Luigi Mondelli from ATT, and one day we were talking about how our area needs more BJJ tournaments, So I decided to create Gaman BJJ Championships. We don't want to compete with other events such as CTSBJJF, Tap Cancer Out, etc. On the contrary, we want to add more options at affordable prices for our competitors.

I was wondering how I can get your team involved. We are just starting, but the goal is to reach a point where we can host super fights, pay prizes for champions, etc.

I am open to work team discount or offer to your team a couple of free registrations (granted that your team has at least two other people registered already) Whatever is best for you and your guys and girls. Also, we are willing to barter registration for people willing to work at the day of the event.

Everything will be automated, we will have black belts as referees, electronic scoreboards, etc.

Please contact me if you need anything. Let's get the BJJ scene in New England stronger than ever.

PS: This venue is only 1 hour away from NYC, 20 mins from the Danbury Area, about 1:15h from Hartford Area.

It is with great sadness, we announce the loss of our former teammate, Matt Silvestrini. Matt had been training with us up to his 2nd bout of brain cancer. Matt served in the Army, did 2 tours in Iraq and was a Middletown police officer. He leaves behind a wife and 2 boys. The RGSA family offers our prayers and condolences to the Silvestrini family.
