One of our favorite moments from class happened in just a few seconds 🤍

You could see her feel the challenge. The legs were tired, the feet were working, and the exercise was starting to burn.

Then she took a breath, refocused, and powered through.

Pre-pointe training is about so much more than preparing the feet and ankles for pointe work. It’s about developing strength, discipline, resilience, and the ability to work through something when it becomes difficult.

Those quiet moments of determination often tell us far more about a dancer than the exercise itself.

So proud of all of these dancers and the work they’re putting in during only their second pre-pointe class ✨

A little glimpse into a ballet stretch private with Sophia 🤍✨

One of the things I love most about teaching young dancers is seeing their personalities shine through while they work. The giggles, the silly moments, the curiosity — and then the focus when it’s time to learn.

Sophia is a joy to work with. She listens carefully, remembers corrections, and approaches every exercise with enthusiasm. While she has been blessed with beautiful natural flexibility and lovely lines, what stands out most is her willingness to work hard and keep improving.

Talent may open the door, but consistency, focus, and a love of learning are what help young dancers continue to grow.

So proud of this sweet girl and all of the effort she brings to every lesson 🩰🤍
