Hi, I’m Bella Mauffray and I’ve been dancing since I was 2 years old and have been with TBDA since the beginning. I briefly moved out of state for 2 years but knew from the moment I left, I had a family to come back to when I returned. In the fall, I will be attending Florida State University majoring in exercise physiology. I can’t put to words how much this family means to me and has impacted my life. Thank you to my team for making these the most memorable years and for always being there for me. I am forever grateful for Alicia, Raehel, my family, and all my teachers for their guidance and for being my biggest supporters! I love you all and wouldn’t be the person I am today without you guys. 🩵💚

🌟SENIOR SPOTLIGHT🌟

Hi my name is Aubrey Xayasone, I’ve been dancing since I was 2 years old and I’ve danced at TBDA for 10 years. Growing up dancing at this studio, has changed me in so many ways. I’m so grateful to have trained with the most wonderful teachers and to have gained a second family in every person at the studio. Thank you to Alicia, Raehel, and all of the teachers for giving me a space to become the dancer and person I am. I will be attending USF, pursuing a BFA in Dance Performance with a contemporary concentration. I am also very excited to be teaching some classes at the studio starting this summer. TBDA means everything to me and will always be apart of my life!

🌟 SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 🌟

Hi, my name is Vayda Jetton and I have been dancing since I was 3 years old and have spent the past 9ish years (8 seasons) dancing at TBDA — since 2018. I would first like to thank all of my friends, family, and my teammates for being there for me and with me throughout all these years, especially through the hard times. Now I’d like to thank Raehel for everything that she does in and out of the studio and for always being there for me and my family personally and throughout my dance journey. I would also like to thank Alicia for everything she’s done for me and my family and for having always believed in me. Huge thank you to my teachers for teaching me all of these years, I’ve learned so much! Now, I plan on going to USF to major and get my bachelor’s in health sciences (which I will complete in 2 years). Then hopefully going on to USF’s medical school with the ultimate goal of becoming an OB/GYN. This studio means so, so much to me and has become my second home 💙💚. I hope you all remember to do the hard things and to never give up on what you want!

🌟SENIOR SPOTLIGHT🌟

I have been at TBDA for 8 years but have been dancing for 10. I graduated from Countryside High while earning my AA degree at SPC through dual enrollment. In the fall I plan to move to New York to attend Ithaca College for journalism and marketing! This studio has become a second home for me and I’ll never forget the memories made. I’m grateful for the guidance over the years, it’s made me the woman I am today. Thank you to my teachers and teammates for being the best dance family. You guys have made a special team environment that is exciting and encouraging. And thank you to Mrs.Alicia for giving me this space to grow. Remember to always try to carry yourself with confidence even when you have doubts. I’m going to miss you guys so much💚🩵

My names Ila Davidson and I’ve been dancing since I was 2 years old and I’ve been at TBDA for 10 years. Throughout the years TBDA has become a home for me and I will always remember that. Miss Alicia always made me feel safe and like I had a place here. I never got to thank her enough for everything she had done for me, so thank you. I also want to thank Raehel for all the behind the scenes work she’s done and the work she’s put in for me, and a big thank you to all the teachers who helped me through these years of dance. I now am going into trade school at Aveda Institute to get my cosmetology licence and become a hairstylist. I will be there for around 8 months then I will get a job at a salon and start my hairstylist journey. This is a reminder that even if you’re not planning on continuing to dance after you graduate, don’t give up the time now. 🩵💚
