Today we raced the Crystal Beach SUPnRUN 5K and took 1st Overall Male and 1st Overall Female with times of 39 and 41 minutes respectively.

October in Florida is PERFECT PADDLE WEATHER. Sunny and warm without the summer humidity. This group got out on the Weeki Wachee river and paddled all the way to the head spring and back. We saw several manatee, 3 deer and a bobcat.
