I want to send out a huge thank you to Tim Gardner for putting on an amazing show. My coach who I could not have done without her she’s absolutely amazing . Also my other trainer who helps me on a daily basis Kyle. .wmassey . Also huge thing out to my friend Pete, who has worked on me for the last six months with massages and stretching. !!! And of course my family who is putting up with me for the last 10 years competing. Next stop Tokyo Japan for Masters Olympia.❤️❤️✈️

A huge shout out to my client Amy last night was the first night that she stepped on the Npc stage. I couldn’t be prouder of her I cherished every moment of her walking on that stage.!!!
