2 months of SELFCORE 🩵✨

Two months of opening our doors, learning, growing, laughing, working so hard, and watching this place become something even more beautiful than we imagined.

But Selfcore is not only the reformers or the studio… it’s the people who bring it to life every single day. 🫶🏻

Thank you to every coach, our staff, and especially to every person who has trusted us and chosen to move with Selfcore.

It has only been 2 months, but we already have so many special moments, lessons, and memories together. 🥹

And this is only the beginning.

Dos meses de abrir nuestras puertas, de aprender, crecer, reír, trabajar muchísimo y ver cómo poco a poco este lugar se convierte en algo todavía más bonito de lo que imaginamos.

Pero Selfcore no son solamente los reformers o el estudio… son las personas que le dan vida todos los días. 🫶🏻

MEET COACH LILY ❤️‍🔥

My name is Ileana “Lily” Guajardo.
For 15 years, I have taught numerous fitness styles and disciplines, from intense cardio training to heavy weightlifting. 4 years ago, I discovered a well balanced discipline, that combines low intensity, strength and flexibility: Pilates 💕.

I felt in love with Pilates Reformer right away, It wasn’t just the movement… it was the feeling, the stretch, the strength. The connection.

As a Pilates coach, allows me to guide people toward deep physical and mental connection through movement. Seeing a client’s eyes light up when they finally master an exercise is deeply rewarding. Watching clients move better, breathe deeper, and realize what their bodies can achieve is very fulfilling.

Fun Fact: As an engineer, I view the human body as an incredible biological machine. With a little bit of discipline it can function better and rejuvenates itself.
