We don't just stock products because they're popular, we research them, test them, and make sure they're worthy of the people who trust us with their fitness journey. We're constantly looking for better ways to help our members succeed, whether that's through equipment, supplements, nutrition, education, or coaching.

While we're out here having a great time and connecting with people who share the same passion for fitness, we're also working to ensure that Fit By G continues to offer the highest-quality products and resources available.

🚨 MONOLIFT SAFETY UPDATE 🚨
The safety straps are now installed on the Monolift and should be used every time you lift.
If you have never used a Monolift before, or you're unsure how to properly set the safety straps, PLEASE get with me or someone who has experience using the machine before attempting to lift on it.
This is an incredible piece of equipment, but like any specialized equipment, it can be dangerous if used incorrectly. My biggest concern is making sure everyone stays safe and gets the most out of it.
Please don't guess. Ask for help. We'd much rather take a few minutes to show you how it works than see someone get injured.

Hey Fit By G family!
I'm looking at adding a few ceiling fans to the gym to help improve airflow and keep everyone a little more comfortable, especially during the hotter months.
I'm looking for recommendations from anyone who has experience with larger fans designed for shops, warehouses, garages, gyms, or similar spaces. If you've purchased some that you've had good luck with, I'd love to hear about them!
What brand did you go with? How big are they? What did they cost? Would you buy them again?
Feel free to drop your recommendations, pictures, links, or any advice in the comments. I appreciate any input you all can give before I pull the trigger on a few.
