The gym will have NO ELECTRICITY this Thursday, 10/8 from 7am to about 9:30am. Ameren is doing work on the pole that services this building.

Unfortunately it’s something that we can’t control and we apologize for that. You’re still more than welcome to come in but obviously everything that needs power will be off.

Also, on Thursday, they will be milling the road out in front of the gym. Parking availability will be limited and hit and miss out front. Please plan on parking around back and using the back door.

As always, if you need help getting in here just call us and we will get you taken care of! 618-392-3900.

The speed bag is back in business upstairs. A couple quick reminders.

- a speed bag is about rhythm and timing, NOT about how hard you can hit it
- under no circumstances should you pull on the bag or the platform it hangs from
