Please join Shawn Swanson and myself for an in-depth dancing exploration of 5Rhythms®, the embodiment practice created by Gabrielle Roth. This is a five-week series held on Tuesday evenings 6:30-8:00pm from May 2 - June 5, 2026.

It is meditative, expressive, fun, and transformative, and is perfect for those new to the 5Rhythms as well as for experienced dancers seeking to deepen and expand your dance. Each evening enjoys a focus on one of the 5Rhythms.
