Hello everyone !!! Today is June 1st! Which means today is the launch of my very first ever 30 Day Yoga Challenge!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I had so much fun creating this series for you all, I hope you all enjoy it!! Thank you all SO much for liking & following along with this page! I’m so excited to have you all along for this journey.
Here’s how I can help you : I offer in person private yoga lessons, as well as teach online through zoom. (All in person yoga lessons will need to meet covid guidelines). All zoom classes will be recorded, so no worries if you miss a live class, I can always email the recorded class later☀️ I post free beginner friendly yoga classes to YouTube every week! Feel free to leave some suggested classes in the comments 🌱
A little bit about me! : I am 23 years old & I am a 200 hour yoga teacher. I am almost done with my additional 300 hour training, which will be finished up at the end of February. I started doing yoga a little over a year ago, and I immediately fell in love with it! I was hooked!! Every time I do yoga, I feel so much more calm and at peace with the way life is going. I knew that this is what I was meant to be teaching, I want to pass this knowledge onto those of you who feel in need of a little peace and calmness in their lives. Whether you are interested in yoga for the health benefits, or whether you are interested in it just to kickstart your workouts and get your blood pumpin than I know I can help!
