For short, I’m going to call the yellow covered Younger Next Year book, “For Men” and the pink covered Younger Next Year book, “For Women.”

A quick, balanced option when you want something fresh but filling this spring 🌱
This avocado chicken salad wrap is perfect for lunch, easy to prep, and packed with protein.
Ingredients (1 wrap):
• 1 whole wheat wrap
• 4 oz cooked chicken breast (shredded)
• ¼ avocado (mashed)
• 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
• ¼ cup diced celery
• 1 tbsp red onion (diced)
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix chicken, avocado, Greek yogurt, celery, and onion.
Season to taste, then wrap in a whole wheat tortilla.
Approximate Nutrition (per wrap):
Calories: ~380
Protein: ~32g
Carbs: ~28g
Fat: ~14g
Simple, fresh, and easy to stay consistent with 💪
